Financial Summary Rollup in Salesforce FSC | DPE Aggregation | EP 09

Record Rollup Definitions are the standard-object way to roll RECORDS up to a household
in Financial Services Cloud.

First I explain what the feature actually is and walk through one real use case — an
advisor who opens a household and cannot see any of the family's cases. Then we go
straight into the org and build the whole thing live, start to finish.

We build the exact example Salesforce Help uses — rolling Cases up to a household via
Account Contact Relation — so you can cross-check everything against the documentation.

What Are Record Rollup Definitions? FSC Demo From Scratch | EP 08

Financial Services Cloud has four different features, all called some version of "rollup" — and choosing the wrong one usually surfaces in UAT, on a joint account, when the number is wrong.
This episode covers all four: Record Rollups, Rollup By Lookup (RBL), Rollup Definitions, and Financial Summary Rollup. What each one actually does, how the managed package versions differ from the standard-object versions, why 52 RBL rules became 8 DPE definitions, and a three-question test that takes you to the right engine every time.
